How far ahead can I make reservations using the hotel website?
It is possible to make reservations up to three months in advance from our website. For reservations more than three months ahead, please call the hotel.
How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel a reservation directly from the hotel website.
I made a reservation via your website, but I haven't received a confirmation e-mail. What's the problem?
This may be due to your computer settings or because you registered your e-mail address incorrectly. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within two days of making your reservation, please contact us.


Do you have Internet access/a business center?
All guest rooms have high-speed Internet access (100 Mbps). Computer rental is available for 1,000 yen per day.
We do not have a business center. For photocopying (21 yen per sheet) and similar requests, please inquire at reception.
What are your room rates for children?
One child aged 5 years or younger per accompanying adult may stay in the same room for free.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Yes. In the event that all non-smoking rooms are full or otherwise unavailable, please tell us that you would like to have your room deodorized when making your reservation and we will do our best to ensure that your room is odor free.
Can I leave my luggage with you before check in and after check out?
Yes. Our staff will be happy to look after your bags. Please inquire at reception.
Can I have my bags couriered to the hotel before I arrive?
Yes. Please clearly indicate your name and the dates of your stay and send your bags care of:

Do you have a dress code?
As the hotel is situated in a very popular tourist area, we do not have a particular dress code. However, we ask that you refrain from wearing yukatas and slippers in the restaurant.
Do you have private rooms?
The Mikasa Main Dining Room and Hanagiku Japanese Restaurant do not have private rooms. Large and small banquet halls are available if you require a private room. Please inquire with staff.
Do you have non-smoking seats?
All our restaurants, except for The Bar, are non-smoking.
There is a smoking area outside the lobby of the new building.
Do you cater to guests who have special dietary needs due to allergies or religious reasons?
We will substitute items from our regular menu whenever possible. If you have special dietary requests, please let us know ahead of time.
Is the restaurant child-friendly?
Children are welcome. We have highchairs and a children's menu. We also welcome guests with strollers and are happy to accept requests for seating only.


Can I connect to the Internet?
You can connect to the Internet from your room by using either the wired LAN or wireless LAN that we provide.
What's more, you can access the wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) from anywhere in the building, not only the lobby./No additional charge
Do you have a free shuttle service from the station?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a shuttle service. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How do I access local tourist attractions?
It depends on where you are going. Major local tourist attractions are accessible by bus, train, or taxi. Rent-a-cycle services are also available.
Do you have a wheelchair I can borrow?
Yes. We have wheelchairs for use in the hotel only.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Diners Club, American Express, VISA, UC, DC, JCB, NICOS, MasterCard, and Union Pay cards.
