■Internet access
You can access the Internet through a wired or wireless LAN connection in the guestroom. Internet access is possible by connecting to the installed LAN cable for the wired LAN or the specified access point in the case of a wireless LAN, and running a web browser.

■Usage of Wi-Fi service
Wi-Fi access is free of charge. SSID (access code) is required when you use the service.
The SSID code is provided at the front desk and in a notice in each guestroom.

■Wi-Fi available locations other than guestrooms
Wireless LAN access (communication standard: IEEE802.11a/b/g/n) is available in the front lobby on the 1st floor and Wi-Fi Internet access is available in some of the restaurants.

■Usage note
It may not be possible to use the service depending on the model and settings of your computer.

We assume no responsibility for the following as a result of use of the Internet service in the hotel.

• We provide no assurance that all guests can use the Internet service. It may not be possible to use the service depending on your computer, software, the settings thereof, or otherwise.
• We do not compensate for damage to guests caused by unauthorized access. We recommend turning off any file sharing function.
• Please refrain from illegal acts such as sending spam emails and using illegal file sharing software.
• If suspicious data transmission or unauthorized port access is detected, we will cease the service.
• The communication speed may be reduced when many guests use the Internet service in the guestrooms at the same time.
• We may cease the service without prior notice in the case of any abnormality in the communication abilities of the hotel or communication problems of the Internet provider. We assume no liability with respect to any defect or damage resulting from these causes.

○E-mail

You can transmit and receive e-mails through a provider you contract with, but it may not be possible to use the service due to a security function of a provider or it may be required to change the settings of a connection destination. For more details, please refer to your provider directly. We do not provide an SMTP server or a POP server.

○Internet VPN (*1)

We provide a special server for Internet access. It supports IPsec and PPTP, but you may not be able to transmit and receive e-mails depending on your computer settings or a function of a connection destination server. In this case, please consult the system administrator of your workplace, etc. We do not provide a global IP address for guests staying at the hotel.
