The main dining room continues to be a favorite of national
and international dignitaries and celebrities.
Enjoy traditional French cuisine passed down from successive chefs.

Take a step back in time to the Meiji and Taisho periods of Japan.
The menu is replete with seasonal ingredients and Japanese vegetables
that are characteristic of the Nara region.
Enjoy views of the ancient capital of Nara
as you experience exquisite cuisine available nowhere
else featuring specialties passed down through generations
alongside selected wines from all over the world.

A colorful and aesthetic Japanese breakfast
awaits you in the morning.

Traditional tea porridge is been enjoyed by the people of Nara as an everyday food. Traditionally known as “Okai-san,” Yamato-no-chagayu or Japanese tea porridge, preserves the rich culinary traditions of the area and has been enjoyed for 1200 years as a staple of Nara’s food culture. Enjoy an authentic Japanese breakfast with colorful side dishes of grilled fish, sesame tofu made in-house, and an assortment of prepared seafood, meat, and vegetables.

Note: In the Japanese set meal, tea porridge will be replaced with Hinohikari white rice (from Nara Prefecture).
